How To Installing backtrack 5 in VMware step1
Now we will install the operating system on VMware BackTrack.

Vmware will booting from Backtrack ISO image that has been predetermined. Furthermore, we will exit the installation menu Backtrack as follows:
By default installation backtrack is Backtrack Text - Default Boot Text Mode. If you do not want to use a text mode please select the appropriate options.

3. Wait for the installation process to complete
